Shipping Policy:
  1. You will be able to edit the invoice to the shipping service you prefer when you make your payment via pay-pal checkout.

  2. Please do not send partial payments. 
  3. All prices mentioned on the site are excluding shipping charges. 

  4. Overseas customers (other than India) are requested to send us a mail for their requirement. We will inform exact amount payable by customer including actual shipping charges. 

  5. All deliveries will be made from Mumbai (India). 

  6. Usually you would receive your order within 15-30 working days from the time it has been shipped, unless it is a very busy season like Diwali, Navtratri, and Christmas etc. or due to any unforeseen turn of events. 

  7. We use world renowned couriers for delivery. 

  8. If the Indian people don’t want to go for payment they can buy the product by filling up order form online and do the payment by NEFT via online bank transfer or can do the payment via

  9. As soon as we receive your payment we will send your shipment with in 2 working days. 

  10. We cannot hold any purchased items after you paid.

Return and Refund:
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a fourteen (14) day return policy on all purchases.

Follow the instruction below in order to do so safely:

  1. Please return the items back through Registered mail or USPS insured priority mail with a delivery confirmation number. Be sure to keep a copy of the tracking number for your record.

  3. Upon the receipt of the product(s), a refund will be issued to you again; shipping charges will not be refunded. 

  4. If the item appears to be altered or obviously worn, we reserve the right to refuse a return. 

  5. Full refund will apply only to items found to have manufacturing defects and/or damaged in transit. 

  6. Customers may contact crystals– by email for and assistance in replacement/ return of product. 

  7. Once we have received and processed your request, we will notify you of the status via email, and any replacements, where applicable, will be immediately dispatched to you at our cost. 

  8. We will refund customers payment via their purchases i.e. if anybody had made the payment by bank we do refund by bank or if they do payment by or we do refund by the same.

  9. Additional Information for purchasing product other than Indian shipments: 

  10. In many countries properly declared shipments are subject to custom charges and tax. Registered Mail takes longer but usually avoids additional fees. We are happy to send via FedEx, DHL, and etc. but please keep in mind that we have no control over extra charges occurring in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties in their country. Returns because of such charges cannot be accepted.

Fraud Policy:
  1. Card fraud is a federal crime and a felony punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent behavior will be prosecuted aggressively and with a passion to the fullest extent of the law. 

  2. All information must match card account records as provided by the card-issuing bank. Inputting intentionally false information is fraud and will not be tolerated and may subject you to prosecution. 

  3. Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. does not record the card number anywhere. 

  4. considers fraud a direct and serious threat to our business profitability. We do not take any effort to defraud lightly and will prosecute whenever and wherever possible to the fullest extent of the law.
